Cassandra Woodruff Foundation, Inc, is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization. Our organization provides a safe haven for teen boys between the ages of 13 -18, in a private home setting. Many of these youth suffer from physical, mental, social and emotional issues. As a small facility, we can provide even more individualized attention each youth may need. Our goal is to reunify the youth back into the home with a family member or a foster parent. Our facility is nestled in the quiet community of St. Elmo in Chattanooga, Tennessee which has a population of  approximately 3500 residents.
